Dear APA Members,
On 1 December 2024, the Asian Population Association (APA) opened online voting for all eligible members to elect the new APA Council.
The online election will be held for 15 days, from 1 to 15 December 2024 (Bangkok time). There are a total of 18 nominees for various positions on the APA Council, of whom 9 will be elected for a three-year term (2025–2027). There are two candidates for each position: President, Vice President, Secretary General, Treasurer, and 10 for the Council. The elected Council members and officers will contribute to the administrative matters and scientific activities of the Association over the next three years.
We highly appreciate your participation in this most important event for APA. Your decision and action on this matter are essential for the development of the Association.
