1. Guidelines for Oral Presentations

Oral presentations are allocated 10–12 minutes, followed by 3–5 minutes for Q&A. Key points include:

— Use the same title as listed in the conference program and accepted abstract.

— Minimum font size: 24 pt (recommended 28–32 pt). Max 6 bullet points and 6 lines of text per slide.

— Accepted formats: PowerPoint (PPTX) or PDF.

— File name: presenter's name + abstract ID (e.g., XXX-24).

— Arrive at your session room at least 20 minutes before the session begins.

2. Guidelines for Poster Presentations

Poster size must strictly comply with A0 format (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm, portrait orientation). No other sizes will be accepted. Key points include:

— Recommended composition: 20% text, 40% graphics and figures, 40% white space.

— Presenters are not required to print or bring their poster. Printed posters may be collected from the conference registration desk during registration.

— Poster boards and mounting materials will be provided on-site.

— A specific time slot will be assigned for poster viewing in the conference schedule.
