| 10 May - 31 July 2023 | Call for the themes suggestion (by logging in HERE) |
| 12 October 2023 - 29 February 2024 | Call for submission/modification of papers or poster abstracts |
| 31 May 2024 | Author notification of papers accepted for oral and poster presentations |
| 21 June 2024 | Last day for authors to withdraw abstracts from the program |
| 8 July 2024 | Registration for conference opens at https://apa-cdpstu.org/registration |
| 14 July 2024 | Last day for authors to request an extension for payment due to funding approval or scholarship application |
| 31 July 2024 | Registration deadline for all presenters, including both oral and poster presentations |
| 7 August 2024 | Notification of papers accepted for waitlisted status for poster presentation to replace withdrawn abstracts |
| 15 August 2024 | Last day for the waitlisted presenters whose paper(s) have been accepted for poster presentation to complete and make payment for the registration |
| 4 October 2024 | Tentative conference program is now available at https://virtual.oxfordabstracts.com/#/event/4938/program |
| 20 October 2024 | Last day for the early bird registration (for attendees only, NOT for presenters) |
| 27-30 November 2024 | The 6th APA Conference (to be held in-person at the Soaltee Hotel, Kathmandu City, Nepal) |
